What is Energy Healing?
Energy healing is a holistic practice rooted in the understanding that our bodies are not just physical, but also possess a subtle life force energy—commonly known as Chi (Qi) in Chinese medicine or Prana in Indian healing traditions. This vital energy flows through a network of invisible channels called meridians in Chinese medicine and nadis in the Indian chakra healing system.
When this energy flows freely and is in balance, it supports optimal health and well-being. However, if there are restrictions or blockages, it can disrupt the natural flow, leading to issues such as pain, illness, and imbalance.
So the goal of energy healing is to address these imbalances, release energetic blockages and help facilitate the body's return to harmony, improving pain, restoring function, and enhancing our natural healing abilities.


Sensations During the Session
Each person’s experience with energy healing is unique. During the session, you may:

Feel warmth, coolness, or a tingling sensation in specific areas of your body.

Experience a sense of deep relaxation or lightness.

Notice emotions surfacing or a general feeling of calmness and balance.

Feel nothing at all, which is also perfectly normal—this doesn’t mean the healing isn’t working. Energy shifts can be subtle and may take time to integrate.

Energy healing in a clinic setting offers a relaxing and restorative experience tailored to your individual needs. Here’s what you can expect during your session:

Comfortable Environment
Upon arrival, I will guide you to a calm, quiet space to promote relaxation and healing. You’ll remain fully clothed throughout the session, so please wear comfortable attire that allows you to feel at ease. -
Relaxed Positioning
You can choose to lie down on a treatment bed or sit comfortably in a chair, depending on your preference or physical needs. The key is to find a position where you feel supported and relaxed. -
Open Mindset
I encourage you to approach the session with an open mind and a willingness to receive healing energy. There’s no need to “do” anything—simply relax and allow the process to unfold naturally.

Post-Session Reactions
After the session, it’s common to feel lighter, more grounded, and less reactive to stress. Some clients notice immediate improvements in pain, mobility, or emotional state, while others may experience changes gradually over days or weeks.
You might feel more tired than usual or notice sensations of energy release, such as yawning or emotional waves. These are natural signs of the body processing and integrating the healing.
Follow-Up and Holistic Support
For ongoing conditions or deeper healing, a series of sessions may be recommended to achieve the best results. I may also provide advice on gentle exercises, mindfulness practices, or other holistic techniques to complement your healing journey.
